FAQs

Here’s a few FAQ’s about what to expect.

How long does a service go for and what can I expect?

Our services run for 90 minutes. They are very lively with music and singing at the start led by our live modern band and singers. During the service you will hear about what is happening around the church community, in particular key events coming up. An offering is taken (see below) followed by a 30min message from one of our preaching pastors. Our messages are aimed at applying the truths and wisdom of the Bible to every day life and are communicated in a fun and fresh way.

Where do I park?

There is plenty free on-site parking at church. Just look out for our friendly Car Park team who are ready to welcome you.

What happens for kids during the service?

We have Whizz Kids for all children aged 2 to 10. You will sign your child(ren) in for the programme before the start of the main service (sign in opens 30 minutes before the service is due to start) and then they will stay with you until the end of worship. At this point, they will head downstairs to our Whizz Kids area and have a blast with our brilliant Whizz Kids Team! At the end of the service, the team will bring your child(ren) back to the Whizz Kids sign in station where you will collect them and sign them out.

I have a baby – is there a parenting room?

Yes, the Live Link Area is available during all services for parents with babies and toddlers under 2. There is a live audio feed from the main service so you don’t miss out!

What time should I get to church?

Aim to arrive 30 minutes before the service so you have time to park your car, sign your kids in for Whizz Kids, grab a coffee and find your seat.

Can I sit anywhere?

Yes – our friendly host team are there to help you find a seat if you wish.

What do I have to wear, and do I have to bring anything?

Come as you are, you could bring a Bible and notepad for taking notes if you want to.

Do you have disabled parking and seating?

There are a few disabled parking spaces available outside of church. Our car park team will direct you to them. Our hosts in the building are on hand to help you find a seat for the service. Our service takes place on the first floor and there is a lift for access if needed.

Do I have to pay to attend church, or will I be asked for money at any time during my visit?

Everyone is welcome to attend church and there is no cost to attend. We do receive an offering as part of our services which is entirely free-will. No one is under compulsion to give at any time!

Can I let someone know I’m coming?

Of course! You can Plan Your Visit and one of the welcome team will watch out for you to say hi.
