FAQs

Here’s a few FAQ’s about what to expect.

How long does a service go for and what can I expect?

Our services run for 90 minutes. They are very lively with music and singing at the start led by our live modern band and singers. During the service you will hear about what is happening around the church community, in particular key events coming up. An offering is taken (see below) followed by a 30min message from one of our preaching pastors. Our messages are aimed at applying the truths and wisdom of the Bible to every day life and are communicated in a fun and fresh way.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of free parking at both our Osu & East Legon locations, our host team always on hand, should you require any assistance.

What happens for kids during the service?

We have Whizz Tots for children aged 1 (who are confidently walking) to 4, and Whizz Kids for 5 to 11 year olds.

Safety of little ones is our main priority, please sign your child in to the programme before the start of the service (check in opens 20 minutes before the service) and they will have a blast with our brilliant Whizz Kids Teams! Then, when the service is finished all children should be collected and signed-out of their programme.

Kids can stay in the service for worship, with the exception of the second service in Osu where the kids programme starts at the same time as main church and they can enjoy their own Praise & Worship time.

I have a baby – is there a parenting room?

Should you need to leave the main service with your baby, there is a live audio feed to the Welcome Hub so you don’t need to miss out.

What time should I get to church?

Aim to arrive around 20 minutes before the service so you have time to park your car, check-in your kids to Whizz Kids, grab a coffee and find your seat.

Can I sit anywhere?

Yes – our friendly host team are there to help you find a seat if you wish.

What do I have to wear, and do I have to bring anything?

Come as you are, you could bring a Bible and notepad for taking notes if you want to.

Do you have disabled parking and seating?

Our friendly host teams are always available to assist you and help you get to where you need to.

Do I have to pay to attend church, or will I be asked for money at any time during my visit?

Everyone is welcome to attend church and there is no cost to attend. We do receive an offering as part of our services which is entirely free-will. No one is under compulsion to give at any time!

Can I let someone know I’m coming?

Of course! You can Plan Your Visit and one of the welcome team will watch out for you to say hi.
